Our demersal vessels fish for only 1 demersal (bottom water) species – Ariommatidaea family particularly Ariomma bondi or silver-rag driftfish ).

All of our catches are from sustainable stock and are frozen at sea and landed packed in foil and then outer cardboard cartons
